McCrone Excavating LLC is a family owned and operated business based in York, SC.  The company was first started by Ron in the 1980's in Hartville, OH. Later in 2006, the McCone's moved to South Carolina making York, SC their new home. Since then,  his two son's have joined the business and have been servicing both North and South Carolina.

Mr. Ronald McCrone has more than 45 years of experience in this industry. He started working as a operator at the age of 14 years old. Over the years he has worked on many projects from large urban developments to commercial sites and smaller projects, such as driveways, single lot clearings and grading.
