"We have now lived in our house for right at a year and we are so pleased with the work that Ron and his team performed for us. We had a very difficult custom home lot that he worked with us from start to finish. Clearing the heavily wooded lot, demoing an abandoned foundation, doing the initial grading, digging the basement, filling in a giant 10' deep by 20' square hole, and overall bringing and moving around about 100 loads of dirt for our very sloped lot. The finished product has been great. Even after the endless amounts of rain we've experienced this year, the way he sloped the ground away from our house and made sure everything was graded properly has left us with no standing water. Not only does he do great work, but he is very quick to respond to and shows up when he says he is going to! " When we decided to clear the land where our family farm is, the barn had fallen in and the area had been neglected for 25 years.

Ron not only picked the spot to place our home but also cleared the area of approx. 4 acres of unwanted trees  and old lumber & stones .

When our contractor came Ron had stripped the site, saved the top soil and had the lot ready to build.

Because of Ron McCrone we have a 2100 sq. ft. home with full basement that does not ( He had us stand PCV pipe on end against the foundation about every 8 ft and fill it with gravel. ) have a water problem. Our cement has not cracked.

When the home was complete, Ron did an amazing job spreading the top soil at the proper level. We now have a beautiful lawn. He can take his dozer right up to within less then an inch of the cement sidewalk or foundation of the home. You will want to pull up a chair and watch.

Without Ron McCrone's keen eye and expert handling of his dozer we would not have the beautiful landscaping and solid home we are so proud of.
